Electronic Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Full-time

Compensation: USD 20 – USD 23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble small‑medium‑sized battery packs and related sub‑assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
• Solder and weld PCBs.
• Perform QC testing and RMA analysis.
• Perform battery testing and charging according to defined procedures.
• Report issues and troubleshoot identified during testing.
• Assist with new battery pack design.
• Assist with existing battery pack design improvement.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and responsible work attitude.
• Ability to read and listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use common sense to solve practical problems.
• Electrical‑related knowledge and training is a plus.
• Experience in electrical assembly and soldering is a plus.
• College degree in engineering is a plus.
