Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with PPAP, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and FMEA processes.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, including statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality improvements and culture throughout the facility by strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, driving corrective actions and preventive measures.

Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology that help aircraft perform safely and with precision. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location.


In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading efforts in process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE


  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.

  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.

  • Experience with PPAP, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and FMEA processes.

  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, including statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

  • Experience in supplier quality management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Posting Date: 7/17/2026 The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
