Job summary

Monoflo International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to safeguard equipment utilization and reliability. The role requires reading schematics, diagnosing PLCs, and applying root-cause solutions using Allen Bradley, Siemens, and related software.

You will work on pneu- and electrical systems, robot programming, and networked drives, contributing to projects and coaching peers. Join a family-owned leader delivering eco-friendly packaging since 1973.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance in manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and use of various tools to locate information.
Allen Bradley, Siemens and other PLC program experience required.
Working knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
Read and create diagrams and schematics.
Utilizes computers and data systems to compile/analyze/visualize information.
Ability to make intelligent and independent judgement calls.
Clear verbal and written communication required.
Improvement focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical controls, and electrical distribution.
Perform troubleshooting on EtherNet/IP, CANopen, Profinet, Modbus and implement corrective actions.
Read schematics and diagnose PLC programs to improve uptime.
Collaborate on projects, upgrades, and installations of equipment.
Coach technicians to develop skills in control systems.
Document maintenance procedures and equipment modifications.
