Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to assemble wiring harnesses, power packs, and other electrical sub-assemblies for our gaming products. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read drawings, and experience with hand tools and soldering.

The position operates on a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift with potential overtime. Candidates should have strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety in a low-noise environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience assembling light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment.
• Prior experience using soldering irons, multi-meters, and hand tools required.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, checklists, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work from procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
• Construct and install wiring harnesses.
• Assemble power packs and other electrical sub-assemblies as assigned.
• Use soldering irons, multi-meters, and other hand tools as needed.
• Exercise proper care when using tools, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and dollies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
