Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Direct Hire Assembler in Blawnox, PA to perform light mechanical and electronic assembly, read blueprints, and make precise wiring and solder connections. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM with a full benefits package starting on day one.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related assembly experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and a reliable, team-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of related assembly experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform light mechanical and electronic assembly.
• Modify, rework, and repair electronic and electrical assemblies.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Complete wiring connections between terminal points.
• Solder each required terminal with precision.
