Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring Electronic Assembly Operators in Painesville, OH. This is a full-time, first-shift position with a 7:00 am to 3:30 pm schedule (Monday–Friday).

A second shift offers $16.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential (total $18), with a third shift from 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have good manual dexterity, and can read blueprints and assembly instructions to produce high-quality electronic components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Comfortable using small hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic connectors and cable assemblies.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
• Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Record production information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
