Safe Flight Instrument, a leader in aviation safety, seeks an Electronic Assembler for our White Plains, NY facility. This full-time role operates onsite 7:45 am–4:15 pm, Monday–Friday, with a salary of $20–$22 per hour commensurate with experience.

You will perform assembly tasks from drawings, strip wires, crimp connectors, and solder components onto PCBs and wires, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications. Benefits include health care and 401K participation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• High precision manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to procedures and drawings using hand tools.
• Strip wire insulation to required length with precision.
• Use crimping tools to secure connectors and terminals.
• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using standard techniques.
• Solder components onto PCBs and wires meeting quality specs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
