Job summary

Rantec Power Systems, Inc located in Los Osos, CA is hiring entry-level Electronic Assemblers for the 2nd shift (3:30p - 1:00am). Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $2.25 per hour shift differential.

Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. Responsibilities include assembling electronic components, following drawings and BOMs, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Read assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Minimal computer skills for timekeeping and data access.
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and assemble components.
• Mechanical ability to operate assembly equipment.
• Strong work ethic and organization under production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and final products using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Read and interpret BOMs, travelers, and product drawings.
• Inspect workmanship for quality and completeness.
• Document production and update records accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing engineering to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reliability.
