Mariposa Associates seeks an Electromechanical Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to support industrial automation at our Freeport, IL facility. You’ll diagnose and repair electrical circuits, PLCs, motors, and drives to keep production moving.
The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and hands-on work with control circuits and plant automation in a safety‑driven
Competenze
- HS diploma or GED.
- 3+ years industrial electrical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
- Experience with control circuits and plant automation.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot PLC controls and electrical circuits using schematics.
- Work with AC motors, VFDs & medium‑voltage systems (4160VAC).
- Apply NEC & NFPA 70E fundamentals in a safety‑driven environment.
