Position Overview:

The Electromechanical Technician reports to Operations and is responsible for setting up and supporting test cells at customer sites, ensuring high standards of service that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel to customer sites to perform installation and support activities;
2. Assemble and wire mechanical and electrical equipment based on drawings;
3. Perform tests, verifications, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, and plans;
4. Verify design and installation drawings for accuracy;
5. Assemble, wire, and test control panels, collaborating with engineers to resolve issues;
6. Support engineering activities related to test equipment;
7. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions;
8. Research production problems and propose solutions;
9. Adhere to procedures and quality standards;
10. Follow all safety practices and training requirements;
11. Assist the Service Center in after-sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical degree in electro-mechanics;
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent customer service skills and professional representation of the company.
