Job summary

SQA Services is seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Inspector with welding background to ensure quality and compliance of electromechanical components. The role involves on-site inspections, documentation verification, and reporting across multiple sites.

The position is on-site 5 days a week for 4-8 hours daily, as a 3-6 month contract. Expect to work closely with manufacturing sites and provide on-site support for Google-related projects.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting electromechanical components.
• Welding techniques and weld integrity inspection experience.
• 5 years professional experience or 3 years with ASME or CWI certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of electromechanical assemblies.
• Verify inspection equipment and methodologies per drawings.
• Compile inspection sign-off sheets and report packages.
• Audit supplier quality systems and close non-conformance findings.
• Provide customer witness for FATs and ensure readiness before shipment.
