Restek is seeking an early-career Process Engineer I to join our Bellefonte, PA team. You will work with experienced engineers to solve production challenges, scale up new processes, and own documentation and training as processes evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and EDA (Altium).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean and manufacturing techniques like CNC, 3D printing, SMT.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running safely and smoothly.
• Evaluate and scale up new and existing manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement solutions.
• Document experiments and procedures clearly.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new procedures and testing standards.
• Stay current in your field through seminars and continuing education.
• Champion safety and EH&S guidelines.
