DOC Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to support equipment upkeep in large retail environments. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electromechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance and adhering to OSHA safety standards.

You’ll use hand and power tools, respond to service calls, and communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service. A valid driver’s license is required, with ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, reading schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, stay organized.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, drive long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights.
