Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Production Technician I–III for electromechanical assembly in Sherwood, Oregon. This first-shift, full-time role offers hands-on work across electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

You will read schematics, build subassemblies, route wiring, perform basic tests, assist with first-article builds, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while developing your technical skills and career

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical assembly.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous workmanship.
• Willingness to learn electrical and mechanical processes.
• Ability to follow detailed drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical systems and subassemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Strip, crimp, splice, and solder wires.
• Build mechanical subassemblies with various fastening methods.
• Route and secure cables and wiring throughout systems.
• Read electrical schematics and perform basic electrical tests.
• Assist with first-article builds and development of work instructions.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment.
