Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or relevant certification, 2+ years in testing, ability to read schematics, and experience with test equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Technician Certification in Electronics or Semiconductor Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in a testing role.
• Must be able to read and interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
• Experience in using Test equipment including multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/procedures/test plans.
• Experience maintaining written and computerized records of work performed.
• Basic knowledge of workplace productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Products.
• Must be able to work closely with engineers.
• Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Must be self-directed, dependable, and motivated with excellent teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing, troubleshooting and repairing at system level of electro mechanical systems.
• Document the results of testing in approved forms or computer systems.
• Troubleshoot or identify errors in systems level tests.
• Identify and comply with quality and safety requirements while setting up and testing product with attention to ESD regulations and safe electrical working practices.
• Perform testing in a clean room environment as required.
• Perform testing efficiently to support production needs.
