Job summary

McCallion Staffing Specialists seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a Bucks County manufacturer. The 2nd shift role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, including PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to minimize downtime.

The technician will diagnose PLC-controlled systems, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work in CMMS while collaborating with engineering to boost equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an industrial maintenance role.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred) and electrical control systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems and control circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify issues before failure.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, parts usage, and completed work in CMMS.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve equipment reliability and performance.
