Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 for Plant City, FL. You will troubleshoot and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment, mentor junior staff, and support a Sunday-Thursday shift from 6 am to 2 pm with overtime as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with Associate degree or trade training preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work in a industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in demanding conditions.
• Experience in material handling equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance, document procedures, and close work orders.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits with test equipment.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory; record labor hours and parts used.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment faults.
• Develop positive working relationships across all levels.
