Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field or 4–6 years of experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair electro‑mechanical systems.
• Experience interpreting complex schematics and electrical panels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test electro‑mechanical systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production and prototype equipment.
• Read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve build processes.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment; document work performed.
