Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Electro-Mechanical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and manuals.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and identify issues.
• Replace or repair motors, sensors, wiring, and circuit boards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve problems.
• Document maintenance work and parts used.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide input on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance.
