Job summary

Americold is a global provider of temperature-controlled infrastructure. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will maintain electrical and mechanical systems in a cold storage automated facility, performing preventative and corrective maintenance with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires experience with conveyors, palletizers, sensors, VFDs, servo motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. CMMS records must be kept accurate; some travel and off-hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years electro-mechanical maintenance experience in automated facilities.
• CMRT or equivalent is preferred.
• Certifications or formal training in related experiences are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical Systems in a cold storage automated facility.
• Maintain accurate records of work via CMMS.
• Assist with improvements and housekeeping as required.
