Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a candidate to perform duties across electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas. The role involves constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and testing equipment from schematics and engineering drawings, and maintaining systems. Includes calibration checks, adjustments, and replacements as directed.

Candidate will work with various test tools and fabrication processes; must have cable and harness fabrication experience and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and fabricate to electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and drawings.
• Prior experience with circuit card fabrication by hand soldering methods under a microscope, electrical, and mechanical fabrication to print.
• Prior experience with test tools and processes.
• Must have cable and harness fabrication experience.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
