Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Technician for a highly automated manufacturing facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and supporting production equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities include scheduled and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, plus troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep line uptime high.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation, and production machinery.
• CMMS experience preferred; ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support production line uptime through effective diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
