Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician for on-site work in Portland, Oregon. You will lead assembly, testing, wiring, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems used in pharmacy automation products.

The role reports to the Operations Manager. The position requires an associate degree or certificate in electromechanical technology and hands-on manufacturing experience. ICP/J-STD certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or certificate in electromechanical technology or related field.
• Certifications (ICP & J-STD) are preferred.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience through apprenticeships or prior work is valued.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and assemble electromechanical equipment and control panels.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide work.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow ESD procedures and handle sensitive components in a controlled environment.
• Calibrate, configure, and modify equipment to meet standards.
• Perform system integration, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting prior to shipment.
