Job summary

Palermo's is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for the 2nd shift in Milwaukee, WI. You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls, and support planned preventive maintenance with data-driven condition monitoring.

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help us build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
• Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
