The Senior Electromechanical Technician requires a strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with both electronics and mechanical systems as you work with complex electromechanical systems and spaceflight hardware. As a Senior Electromechanical Technician, you will work with a talented multidisciplinary team of engineers to help assemble, test, and troubleshoot cutting‑edge robotic systems and electromechanical hardware for clients in a wide variety of industries with applications on earth and outer space. A portion of the hardware you will be working with will be used for R&D applications. This means assembly documentation may be sparse, unforeseen issues are likely to emerge, and failures are likely to be encountered during testing. This will require you to be creative, think on your feet, and work closely with engineers to create assembly processes on the fly, and find solutions to issues as they arise so that development can proceed at a rapid pace.
