Role Description

The Electro Mechanical Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Portsmouth, NH. This role is responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining electro-mechanical assemblies, machines, harnesses, and cable systems according to engineering drawings and documented procedures. The technician will interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve technical issues. The role also involves following safety standards and quality guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and equipment reliability.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Electro Mechanical assembly
  • Working knowledge of Electricity, including basic circuits, wiring practices, and safe handling of electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and quality requirements.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and quality functions.
  • Relevant technical training or certification in electro-mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or a related field; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
