Job summary

Anchor Point - HR Partners in Oaks, PA seeks an experienced maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems. The role covers facilities support, safety and OSHA/LOTO compliance, and maintaining records in QT9 or similar systems.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma, and preferably technical certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High School diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read schematics/manuals; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: routine PMs, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Facilities Support: building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, lighting) and safety inspections.
• Safety & Compliance: adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and LOTO procedures.
• Documentation: track maintenance records and work orders in QT9 or similar systems.
