Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

Support manufacturing operations by maximizing production through machine repairs, procurement of parts, preventive maintenance, safety, and building system maintenance.

Schedule Options

• Monthly rotation schedule 6-6 (full month day shift, full month night shift)
• 2-2-3 Straight Nights (6p-6a)

Compensation

• $30-$39/hour based on experience + $1.20 night shift premium + 1.5x on Sundays

What You Get To Do

• Lead safety initiatives and prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Manage work orders using SAP.
• Resolve equipment and process issues to maximize output.
• Participate in developmental projects with R&D, manufacturing, and vendors.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and handle procurement.
• Support on-site technical staff and participate in World Class Operations Management (WCOM).
• Follow procedures, work instructions, and related forms as per Key Area Leader.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley 500/5000)

What We Want From You

• Minimum two-year Electro-Mechanical degree
• State Indentured Journeyman card preferred
• Experience in an industrial setting with machinery and schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
