Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Clifton, NJ is hiring a full-time Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our laundry and processing equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and work with CMMS documentation.
The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, familiarity with PLCs, 480V three-phase power, and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Join our growing team as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician and play a vital role in keeping our production facility operating safely and efficiently. We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who enjoys working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
This is a full‑time position with a regular schedule of 40+ hours per week, including opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), with potential for hours outside of regular schedule.
As an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing the equipment that keeps our industrial laundry operation running at peak performance. You'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
