Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technician certification in electronics, semiconductor, electromechanical technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of electromechanical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control experience.
• Experience operating electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and quality measurement tools.
• Strong ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, tests, and troubleshoots circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies using standard test equipment and software/firmware.
• Performs incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections using measurement tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Completes rework and repairs based on diagnostics, ensuring reworked assemblies pass QC verifications.
• Logs defects, initiates NCRs, and assists in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Interprets blueprints, schematics, drawings, and diagrams to develop test specs and QA procedures.
• Collaborates with engineers to conduct quality experiments, audits, and calibrations of specialized test equipment.
