Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical education or certification preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, electrical testing, quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, measurement and inspection equipment, or electrical test gear.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and safety-conscious.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, functional, and visual inspections per procedures.
• Test and inspect breakers, panel assemblies, and hi-pot units.
• Verify conformance by reviewing drawings and materials data.
• Operate inspection and test equipment safely and correctly.
• Document results, defects, and follow-up actions in systems.
• Escalate non-conformances to senior staff and supervisors.
• Ensure completed documentation before product release.
• Follow electrical safety, calibration, and 5S practices.
• Support reinspection and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
