Job summary

New Wave Design is seeking a Temporary Manufacturing Lab Technician to support engineering development, production builds, and testing. This full‑time temporary role starts ASAP and runs through December 31, 2026.

The technician will perform electro‑mechanical assembly, lab support, and MFAT testing, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure quality and timely builds in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a lab, manufacturing, or assembly technician role.
• Experience reading drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical assembly and MFAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro‑mechanical sub‑assembly and final assembly of products, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Support engineering development builds, prototypes, and first‑article assemblies.
• Identify assembly issues and document deviations; assist with troubleshooting.
