Job summary

Mechanicaldesigndirectory is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for electro-mechanical design and maintenance of mechanical functionality for marketed systems, alongside future mechanical design development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional capacity, preferably in medical.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electro-mechanical systems according to international standards.
• Create documentation and test specifications per internal procedures.
• Revise and create risk analysis and FMEAs.

Skills

Electro-mechanical design

CAD development using ProEngineer/Wildfire/Creo

Fluency in German

Fluency in English

Knowledge of IEC 60601 series

Microsoft Office applications

Education
