You will work with 80/20 extrusion systems, use hand and power tools, perform quality checks, palletize completed projects, and coordinate with shipping. A high attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly and using power tools.
• Proficiency with 80/20 industrial extrusion systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects; forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble components and systems following blueprints; use hand and power tools; perform quality checks.
• 80/20 Industrial Extrusion: Cut, drill, assemble, align, and secure extrusions; troubleshoot issues.
• Electrical Assembly: Wiring, cable routing, component installation, termination per schematics; basic wiring support.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret drawings and verify dimensions; report discrepancies to engineering.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Provide feedback and assist in procedures and documentation.
• Palletizing and Shipping: Prepare projects for shipping, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with logistics.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols; maintain clean work area; follow quality standards.
