Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Associates degree or equivalent years of experience a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Experience in soldering
• Prior GMP manufacturing experience is required
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assembles and repairs various highly complex electro-mechanical assemblies
• Tests the functionality of equipment or sub-assemblies
• Follows procedures (photodocs) to meet quality specifications
• Cross trains processes within product lines
• Works in a clean room environment
• Participates in Lean and other process-improvement activities
• Assists engineering staff in refining assembly protocols and design of equipment and fixtures
• Work with team to drive continuous process improvements
