Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in State College, PA. The role involves mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, following instructions, and interpreting drawings and BOMs.

You will work with hand tools and may perform hand soldering in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, or 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.
• Follow verbal and written instructions with focus on quality.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Use hand tools and soldering to assemble components and perform hand soldering as needed.
• Maintain neat and clean work area and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals.
