ETS Staffing is seeking a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Lafayette, Indiana. This in-person role on the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) offers hourly pay between $18 and $19, with weekly pay and benefits.

You will assemble electro-mechanical components, use hand and power tools, read SOPs, and follow safety procedures to maintain quality and efficiency in production operations. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
