Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking Electro Mechanical Assemblers to assemble semi-automated equipment used for precision fluid measuring and operator testing. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, following detailed blueprints and schematics to assemble laboratory fluid handling equipment and robots.

The role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity with hand and power tools, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality and quantity.
  • Experience reading diagrams or blueprints and following instructions.
  • Mechanically inclined with dexterity to use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to quality check finished products and rework as needed.
  • Adherence to safe production standards.
  • Stable work history.
  • Basic math for counting parts.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.
  • Able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble simple to sophisticated laboratory fluid handling equipment and robots.
  • Use of common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers.
  • Work in a production environment assembling mechanical laboratory devices.
  • Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions.
  • Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery.
  • Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
