Marway Power Solutions in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical assembler to build basic to medium complexity units in a regulated environment. The role requires interpreting drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, with opportunities to train toward complex assemblies and solder-certification.

You will work with PDUs, control panels, power supplies, and industrial electrical assemblies, contributing to aerospace/defense related projects and test equipment integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with able to understand and perform assigned tasks.
• 3+ years electro-mechanical assembly experience in aerospace, defense electronics, industrial controls, or similar environments.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.

Responsabilités

• Assemble electro-mechanical products of basic to medium complexity under ISO9001:2000 guidelines.
• Perform basic electrical wiring and assembly of components.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and wire lists.
• Train to build complex units and potentially solder certify.
• Handle tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, calipers, and crimpers.
• Assemble PDUs, control panels, power supplies, and industrial electrical assemblies.
• Support aerospace/defense electronic systems and related test equipment.
