We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable products and services, drawing upon decades of experience. Located in Altamont, NY, we are hiring a full-time Electro-Mechanical Assembler who is organized, detail-oriented, values customer service, and has manufacturing experience.

This position offers day shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and a 2nd shift with a 10% differential.

Job Summary:

We seek an Electrical and Mechanical Assembler with soldering and assembly experience, willing to learn and adapt. Candidates should understand engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production drawings, instructions, work orders, and samples.
• Perform crimping, staking, screwing, bolting, welding, soldering, cements, press fits, and similar operations.
• Mount components on chassis or printed wiring boards.
• Align parts using jigs or fixtures.
• Connect wires and components according to diagrams and instructions.
• Manufacture cables and wiring harnesses.
• Install assemblies in cases and cabinets.
• Attach hardware like caps, clamps, switches.
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, cleaning, bonding, etc.
• Conduct online inspections to ensure quality standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Soldering experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Wage: $18-$25/hour based on experience and performance.
