Formación

• Experience in assembly operations or mechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and QC equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team production setting.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record-keeping.
• Preferred: actuator systems or similar mechanical assemblies
• Preferred: familiarity with manufacturing quality standards
• Preferred: experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and quality-checking actuator components with precision and accuracy. • Assemble actuator components according to technical specifications and engineering drawings
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections and measurements using precision instruments to ensure components meet specifications
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies in materials or assembled units
• Maintain organized work stations and ensure proper storage of parts and materials
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate problems to supervisory staff
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
