Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Electro Mechanical Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in LS3 Production. You will supervise frontline, manage time and performance, and drive maintenance across production areas.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma principles, and collaboration with outside contractors while ensuring GMP environments meet regulatory standards. Relocation or sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding and communication in English.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line supervision, leadership and work direction to Electro Mechanical technicians, including time and attendance, performance management, training oversight, and development.
• Lead all aspects of all Production areas maintenance and repairs.
• Handle outside contractors/vendors services to include capital projects.
• Ensure Critical Process equipment are well maintained and supported.
• Run Maximo work order system for Electro Mechanical department.
• Ensure GMP Production Environments are maintained to regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Experience conducting root cause analysis preferred
