Job summary

JLG Industries, an Oshkosh company, is seeking an Electrification Intern to join the engineering team and learn to design and analyze high voltage electrical systems for heavy‑duty vehicles.

You will assist with engineering calculations, data collection, electrical component research, and software development activities to support electrification projects across multiple vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar discipline.
• This role combines office-based duties with field or production environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, perform basic engineering calculations, investigations, data collection, and analysis to industry standards.
• Support engineers in plans, designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Assist with electrical component research, design activities, and software development tasks.
