Job summary

All Maintenance Electric Inc in Crestwood, IL seeks an experienced commercial/retail electrical service technician to service retail locations in the Chicagoland area. You will install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment, and train apprentices on the job.

If you are an Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in your work, we want to hear from you. You must read blueprints and be prepared for after-hours emergencies at OT rates.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrician and ability to read blueprints or building plans.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and controls.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekend emergencies at OT rate.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed.
• Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems.
• Provide bids for work orders.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals.
• Experience in EMS troubleshooting.
• Lighting and Controls.
• Power install and troubleshooting.
• Conduit bending and install.
• Building automation and energy management.
• Troubleshoot and repair of power issues/outages, lighting issues and controls.
• Ability to diagnose and repair in a timely manner.
• Lighting retrofits.
• Ability to operate bucket truck, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• Communicate issues and resolutions with dispatch.
• Availability for after hours and weekend emergencies at OT rate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an ElectricianValid Driver’s License
