Job summary

ColonialWebb (a Comfort Systems USA Company) is seeking experienced commercial electricians to lead projects within our Special Projects Team in Central Virginia. You will oversee project direction, maintain client relationships, and guide electricians and helpers on site.

Applicants should have journeyman or master license potential, foreman experience, and strong knowledge of NEC and safety regulations. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • Possession of Journeyman or Master license (not required, but a plus).
  • Trade school completion preferred.
  • Foreman level experience in power and control wiring, and commercial electrical installations.
  • Ability to lead projects and supervise electricians and helpers.
  • Must be able to work independently without supervision and manage your own project.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Control and lead projects.
  • Maintain project documents and customer relationships.
  • Provide direction to electricians and helpers.
  • Perform electrical installation and repair operations on electrical systems and control systems.
  • Install and repair equipment such as relays, starters, switches, motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, power distribution centers and protective devices.
  • Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, terminations, and install junction boxes.
  • Support wiring for retrofits, construction projects, installations, and equipment replacements.
