Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrician with deep experience in electrical and systems installation to support Sensitive government facilities overseas. You will lead a team of electricians, ensure NEC compliance, and manage complex installation projects across multiple locations.

The role requires an active security clearance, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and up to 75% international travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee complex electrical installations on integrated security systems at sensitive government facilities, ensuring NEC and DS standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Installation Manager to assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize timelines.
• Participate in design reviews with engineers, PMs, and estimators to ensure electrical requirements are defined and incorporated into plans.
• Analyze electrical infrastructure needs to support installation of security equipment with cost-conscious design.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams for best installation procedures.
• Plan and execute new/modified designs to minimize material waste and future maintenance costs.
• Complete BOMs and execute power/signal runs per project specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
• Travel internationally up to 75% to support multiple locations.

Job Description

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Senior Electrician with a strong background in electrical and systems installation to support sensitive government facilities overseas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with infrastructure installation, a deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and the ability to lead and manage a team of electricians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform and oversee complex electrical installations on integrated security systems at sensitive government facilities, ensuring compliance with NEC codes and DS standards.
• Work closely with the Installation Manager to assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize project timelines to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Participate in design reviews with engineers, project managers, and estimators to ensure the electrical requirements are accurately defined and incorporated into the project plans.
• Analyze and design the electrical infrastructure required to support the installation of electronic security equipment, considering both functionality and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and other technical specifications to determine the most effective installation procedures.
• Plan and execute new or modified designs to minimize material waste, ensure ease of future maintenance, and reduce costs.
• Complete Bill of Materials (BOMs) and execute power/signal runs in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure all electrical work meets government regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel internationally up to 75% of the time to support project requirements in various locations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, particularly in electronics/systems installation and infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and experience working in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and design effective electrical solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in diverse and challenging environments.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working on government projects, particularly in secure or classified environments.
• Familiarity with international work environments and the unique challenges they present.

Salary Range: $35.96 - $62.93.
