Job summary

Donnelly’s Plumbing, Cooling & Heating is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to service homes across Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties. You’ll perform installations, repairs, and upgrades, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on residential electrical work.
• Expert understanding of residential electrical systems including energy-efficient tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades for electrical systems in homes.
• Manage full-service projects such as panel upgrades, rewiring, EV charger installations, and smart home integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues with precision.
• Use state-of-the-art tools to address circuit overloads and faulty outlets.
• Conduct detailed safety inspections and educate homeowners on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead the electrical team by mentoring apprentices and journeymen.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues with precision and care.
• Use state-of-the-art tools to efficiently address everything from circuit overloads to faulty outlets.
• Conduct detailed safety inspections and educate homeowners on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead the development of the electrical team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentices and other journeymen.
• Share knowledge and best practices in a collaborative, respectful environment.

Requirements

• Clean, valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman's Electrician License
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in residential electrical work.
• Expert-level understanding of residential electrical systems, including modern energy‑efficient technologies.
