Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking Maintenance Electricians to support the Ascension Bulk Terminal in Darrow, LA. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, reliability, and performance of critical terminal equipment in a large bulk facility.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of industrial electrical experience, mastery in controls troubleshooting, and proficiency with Allen Bradley systems and VFDs/DC drives. TWIC eligibility and the ability to work at height are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 5 years of prior industrial electrical experience.
• Master Electrician-level knowledge in troubleshooting industrial electronic controls (VFDs/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and associated wiring)
• Working knowledge of Ohm’s Law
• Experience with Allen Bradley controllers
• TWIC credential eligibility
• Install, program, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical and automation equipment
• Experience supporting facility systems including PLCs, VFDs, DC Drives, and motor controls (120v-4160v)
• Ability to work at heights up to 130 feet and lift up to 50 pounds
• Successful completion of background check, pre-employment physical, and drug test
• Ability to work in dusty environments and all weather conditions
• Regular, dependable attendance

What You’ll Need

• High School Graduate or equivalent
