Job summary

Trillium Construction in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring licensed Iowa Journeyman Electricians for a year-long assignment with per diem. Schedule is Mon-Sat, 6:30am-4:30pm; pay is $63 per hour with $175 per diem daily; project duration is one year.

Duties include correct breaker sizing, proper installation per manufacturer specs, torque checks, wire sizing and color coding, phase labeling, and general testing. Iowa Journeyman license or reciprocal ability required; load banking experience preferred.

• Correct breaker size (amperage and interrupting rating).
• Proper installation per manufacturer specifications.
• Correct torque on all lugs and terminations (using calibrated torque wrenches).
• Proper wire sizes and color coding.
• Phase identification and labeling.
• No physical damage or contamination inside switchgear.
• Miscellaneous testing as needed.
