Job summary

Trillium Construction in Baxter, MN is seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician for commercial construction and renovation projects. Work includes remodels, tenant improvements, retail renovations, and ground-up projects for grocery stores, offices, and healthcare facilities.

You will install conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, and equipment, read blueprints, test systems, and troubleshoot on occupied sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical specifications.
• Comfortable working independently on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit using hand and power benders.
• Pull, terminate, and test branch circuits and low-voltage wiring.
• Install lighting systems, switches, receptacles, panels, transformers, disconnects, and electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical demolition and relocate systems during remodels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve installation issues.
• Make up panels, terminate breakers, and connect equipment.

Job description

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician near Baxter, MN for commercial construction and renovation projects.

Work will primarily consist of remodels, tenant improvements, retail renovations, and ground-up commercial projects for clients such as grocery stores, retail chains, offices, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other light commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit using hand and power benders.
• Pull, terminate, and test branch circuit, feeder, and low-voltage wiring.
• Install lighting systems, switches, receptacles, panels, transformers, disconnects, and electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical demolition and safely remove or relocate existing electrical systems during remodels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Make up panels, terminate breakers, and perform equipment connections.

Pay: Up to $60
Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days after working the required schedule.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 50h / week

Qualifications

• Must becomfortable working independently from prints while maintaining high-quality workmanship in occupied or active construction environments
• Journeyman level experience
